Burmese-born, UK-raised, and driven by an inherent passion for great music, DJ Angelo’s humble beginnings on homemade turntables, gave him the grounding and determination to succeed and become the globally-acclaimed DJing sensation he is today. Not satisfied at being labelled as only a “turntablist”, DJ Angelo invested years into his craft, researching genres and the art of orchestrating audiences with his music, all in aid of honing a unique style and brand of enertainment which he entitles “Feel Good Fusion”.

A true chameleon of the DJ world, his abilities and showmanship have seen him feature on BBC Radio broadcasts, and sharing stages alongside the likes of Pete Tong, DJ Yoda, Krafty Kuts, Estelle, and The Scratch Perverts. Inevitably, DJ Angelo’s consistent professionalism and ability to cater for diverse audiences caught the eye of a number of global brands, and he is currently a corporate favourite with Red Bull, Coors, and Nokia events.

His talents have further been acknowledged by the world’s largest online DJ resource, DJ Tutor.com, for whom he was recently head-hunted as their first ever turntablism specialist. Here, DJ Angelo voluntarily imparts his wisdom via free tutorial videos, and finds satisfaction in giving something back to the industry and in particular, his fans. Within 6 months, his videos have become some of the heaviest subscribed tutorials on YouTube, a popularity which has since led to his productions being acquired and featured on MTV, much to the delight of his global fan base.

As humble as he is talented, DJ Angelo even finds time amidst his hectic schedule to be a youth ambassador, running and delivering music projects for disillusioned young people through Community Organisations, Social Services, and Correctional Institutions.
